Live Chat Services
There are 2 live chat services. One is for questions regarding technical and the other is for questions regarding sales. Selecting the right category is needed in order to provide the most accurate answers.

Our purpose of having live chat is to provide better service to our customer. Please note that we will try to handle all the questions, but for complicated and long explanation issues, we will redirect all to email support for better investigation. We believe Live Chat will bring advantage for you who has quick questions and need a simple answer without having to wait too long.
Live Chat Time
Our Live Chat service hours would be 8AM – 5PM (GMT +7). Beside those hours, please send your technical questions through email to technical support team (technical@intersoftpt.com) or for you who would like to contact our sales department after hours, you can send an email to sales@intersoftpt.com.
Live Chat Login
To login to the LiveChat, you would need to provide your name (which will be used for your identification over the chatting session) and your email to where the history of the chat session will be sent after the chat session ended. If you don’t want to miss the history of your chat session, please make sure you have provided a correct email address at the beginning.
