FishEye is an innovative docking navigation system for modern Web 2.0 applications
IDN offers unprecedented style and ease of use. In its rich desktop-like environment,
customers can view a dashboard of their favorite areas in the main window. And all
text links are arranged in neat dock icons with a fully functional taskbar for easy
window-to-window navigation. The central navigation is handled by FishEye 2 and features elegant reflections and eye-popping

Easily move windows
Adopting the true Multiple Document Interface (MDI) concept, IDN 3 enables customers
to view information in multiple windows within one web application. Windows can
be minimized, maximized, moved, and closed — mimicking desktop window behaviors.
Use the taskbar to switch between windows and the context menu to access additional
window actions.
Expanding FishEye’s functionality, the taskbar serves as IDN's main navigation.
You can use the taskbar to switch between opened windows and the wide use of contextual
menus improves ease of use.
Rich Microsoft Outlook-style Email
IDN 3 sports a built-in email system for convenient communication with customer
technical support. Unlike other web-based email, which is usually unattractive and
cluttered, the IDN email system is designed after the ubiquitous Microsoft Outlook,
one of the most popular email clients in the world.
Across the top of the window is
WebToolBar, which provides shortcuts to all email-related actions and configuration.
On the left side is WebExplorerPane,
the main email navigation. WebGrid Enterprise
manages individual emails: Simply select an email and it will appear in the preview
pane.
On top of all controls is WebPaneManager,
an advanced layout controls for creating sophisticated and professional layout with
resizable panes functionality. How far have we implemented
WebPaneManager? We are taking it beyond in the layout changing feature. Users can
simply switch to their favorite working layout in real time with no postback.

Interactive LiveChat™
WebGrid Enterprise is used to list all incoming chat requests
LiveChat™ is Intersoft’s implementation of real time instant messaging, accessible
by every subscription customer. On every incoming chat request, a user friendly
live notification will appear on the bottom right corner and a support person will
reply. Thanks to WebNotification,
it only takes a minute to set up an interactive and actionable chat notification.
WebFlyPostBackManager
is the key behind the real-time chat. It automatically refreshes the chat area on
every message entered. This Intersoft AJAX-enabler control is perfect for any application
that requires instantaneous server response without any page postback.
