Auto postback capability
By default, WebTreeView data is managed from the client side to achieve maximum
performance. However, there can be occasions when a postback is needed in order
to execute server-side operations. Simply enable the AutoPostBackSettings
property for the desired events as needed, or use the Batch Update feature to perform
a postback at your discretion.
